This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts or fonts.
• Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser) to keep the site secure and working. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website. The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

When you email us

We use your name, email address and message to reply to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep the conversation for up to two years after it ends, unless it forms part of our business records.

Who else handles the data

We use service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract: Hostinger (the server that hosts this website) and Namecheap Private Email (our email). We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to how we use it, or ask for data you gave us in a portable format. Email hello@talkiru.com and we will reply within one month. Before we share or delete anything we check that the request comes from you. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
